We have seven locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, and are looking to add a Business Systems Manager to our Elkhorn Team!

As our Business Systems Manager, you are responsible for enterprise-level ownership, governance, and forward development of the ServiceTitan platform across all Adams divisions and locations. This role ensures ServiceTitan operates as Adams’ structured operating system—driving clarity, consistency, scalability, and operational discipline.
 
This role serves as System Architect, Governance Authority, Adoption Leader, and Integration Strategist. While not responsible for production or P&L outcomes, this position ensures that system design, workflow configuration, and reporting structure accurately support operational execution and long-term enterprise growth.
 
This is a growth-track position with a defined path to Director of Business Systems within 18–24 months based on demonstrated architectural thinking, leadership maturity, and roadmap execution.
 
Strategic Mandate (First 12–24 Months)
  • Stabilize platform adoption and eliminate workflow inconsistency.
  • Standardize cross-division configuration and governance.
  • Build and execute a 24-month enterprise roadmap.
  • Expand integrations and automation capabilities.
  • Establish sustainable governance framework and approval protocols.
 
Core Responsibilities
Integrity & Governance
  • Establish and enforce enterprise configuration standards.
  • Maintain structured approval process for pricebook, workflows, automation changes.
  • Protect reporting integrity through disciplined architecture.
  • Conduct quarterly system audits.
 
People & Adoption
  • Drive measurable improvement in field and office adoption.
  • Develop structured training programs and documentation library.
  • Create accountability mechanisms for workflow compliance.
  • Coach leaders on system discipline and usage standards.
 
Partnership & Integration
  • Partner with Operations to align system workflows with field execution.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure structural alignment.
  • Oversee API integrations and Microsoft 365 automation strategy.
  • Support expansion into new services, divisions, or acquisitions.
 
Excellence & Architecture
  • Own enterprise scheduling logic, technician configuration, and dispatch rules.
  • Standardize pricebook architecture across divisions.
  • Maintain KPI dashboard alignment.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
 
Stewardship in Action
  • Build scalable system foundation for long-term growth.
  • Prevent configuration drift and fragmentation.
  • Delegate operational execution to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to digital transformation planning.
 
Key Performance Indicators
  • Operational Discipline:
  • Cross-division standardization completed within 12 months.
  • Adoption compliance improvement within 6 months.
  • 95%+ governance compliance rate.
 
Platform Maturity:
  • 24-month roadmap delivered within 6 months.
  • 90% successful feature rollout rate.
  • Minimum 2 integration/automation enhancements annually.
 
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years administering ServiceTitan or similar enterprise platform.
Technical: Advanced configuration expertise, API familiarity, Microsoft 365 integration exposure.
 
Leadership: Structured thinker, governance-oriented, comfortable enforcing standards.
Communication: Ability to train field teams and executive leadership effectively.

Physical Demands:
This position is based in an office setting and involves standard computer and phone use. The role also requires travel to work sites and company locations across service areas to support field operations and engage with team members directly. The ability to sit, stand, and move between locations is necessary.

Work Environment:
The position involves a mix of office-based planning and work site visits. The employee will regularly visit active construction or production sites, which may expose them to varying weather conditions, noise levels, and hazards typically associated with such work. Appropriate safety protocols and PPE must be followed at all times. Travel between job sites and client locations is expected, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or respond to urgent issues.
